Tegan Binder
Owner
Tegan graduated from the University of British Columbia- Okanagan in Kelowna in 2013 and found his passion for landscaping shortly after. He worked and learned from several local lawn care franchises before creating Thrive Lawn Care in 2021.
He loves sports, philosophy, and business; and tries to tie them all together to create a thriving work environment and a service his customers will love.
Jason LeBlanc
Lead Hand
Before coming to work for Thrive, Jason worked designing some of the local trails we all enjoy throughout the Okanagan. He is as hands on as they come!
Amongst other things, Jason loves MUSIC. He highlights some of his favorite Canadian bands as The Tragically Hip, Rush, and B.C’s own Gob.
Jim Belshaw
Lawn Care Technician
Jim is the newest member of the Thrive Lawn Care team! He loves to keep active, and spends his mornings before work in the gym! He’s worked as a sales representitive locally for Karma Fruit and helped to build their brand awareness. We’re lucky to have him this summer as he loves migrating to warmer climates come winter!
Donald Elliot
Social Media Manager
Donald has a passion for fitness and has worked both as a personal trainer and online coach! He has years of experience as a web and graphic designer. With the rise of social media he has expanded his skill set to include advertising and marketing using online platforms.
Quinn Monroe
Sales Support Representitive
Quinn is currently studying Business at the Okanagan College here in Kelowna. She has a passion for Tourism and Hotel Management and one day wants to run her own hotel! She is quite the computer savant and handles much of our incoming quotes and customer relations.
Har Jaswal
Graphic Designer
Born and raised in Kelowna, Har has grown up experiencing much of the orchard and farm culture of the Okanagan! His expertise comes in the form of technical design and he handles the behind the scenes and running of the website, SEO, and graphic work behind our brand.
Craig Montgomery
Lawn Care Technician
Craig has spent many of his college summers working for different landscaping groups! He is currently studying Horticulture and plans on making his push full time into the world of plant cultivation upon graduating.
In his free time Craig is an avid outdoorsman, hiking many of the Okanagan’s most well known trails. He downhill mountain bikes in the warmer months and loves to snowboard in the winter.
